Getting into the Development Game

When I was made redundant last year, I received a windfall of nearly one hundred thousand pounds. The redundancy could not have come at a better time for me because I was five years off retirement, and I was already looking forward to the business that I was going to set up as soon as I could get out of my office job.
I had wanted to get into property development for a long time, but the full time job had always held me back. The money was there, and now there was a little bit more to make the transition that little bit smoother!
To my surprise, once I was out of my job and spending time looking at potential investment properties, I was a bit disconcerted. It seemed like there really wasn’t that much out there that was well priced enough to make much of a turn on. I decided to look online to see if I could find any advice about the business, and I came across a company that could really help you Buy Investment Property. This company had lists of building sites with off plan purchasing opportunities, and thousands more opportunities to invest in property. Of course I signed up there ad then, and ever since it has been a wonderful source of property for me. Now that I am in full swing with my new business, I am making more money than I ever did in my old job!
